time for anyone. Setting up your utilities can be time-consuming. We
would like to make your move one of ease. We have provided
information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.

Water, sewer, trash:
We use a third party vendor for billing. The
management office will set this up for you.
Please fill out the Utility Activation Form attached and
bring with you when you move-in. This Utility Activation
Form will provide us with the account numbers for your unit
if there should ever be a problem and show us that you have
activated the utilities in your name.

Cable/Internet provider.
You can sign up with the management office for cable or
Internet services. |

Renters Insurance: |
We do require Renters Insurance at each of our communities.

Vehicle Stickers: |
Vehicle licenses are required
for all vehicles operated in Schaumburg. The cost is $20 for
each passenger car. Discounts are available for seniors and
the disabled. Call the Finance Department at 847.923.4541
for details. Annually, vehicle stickers go on sale during
the first week of March. Deadline for sticker purchase and
display is April 30. Residents must purchase vehicle
stickers WITHIN 45 DAYS of moving to Schaumburg.

Vehicle Registration: |
If you are coming from out of
state you are required to register your vehicle in IL. You
can do this online at
www.sos.state.il.us. New residents who have moved
within the state must notify the Illinois Secretary of
State’s office within 10 days of address change. |
